The primary purpose of the job position is to create and maintain staff schedules, track attendance, monitor lateness and absences, minimize overtime, and provide reports to management related to productive and non-productive hours. The Staffing Coordinator is expected to maintain current contact information on all staff and insure all employees are complying with employment procedures related to attendance. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred Previous secretarial/scheduling experience in health care settings required Experience in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
