Job Description

Human Resources Specialist Part-time Hanover, PA (with travel to other sites as needed) Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS- No Holidays!! Pay Rate starts at $16.32 per hour and increases with experience.

Employee Assistance Program AT&T Discount Job Duties:
Process Payroll in a payroll software system. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations and pay rate changes. Keep detailed documentation of changes and corrections to Payroll or employee files. Facilitate Audits by providing records and documentation to the auditors. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. Reconcile payroll tax filings, including quarterly and annual reports. Maintain employee records.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred. Prior experience with Human Resources Information System preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs- Word, Excel and Outlook. Detail-oriented with strong communication skills. Applicants must have reliable transportation.
