HR Generalist

Job description AmeriBest Home Care , has an immediate opening for an HR Generalist, responsible data integrity in the

ADP HRIS

System, HHAeXchange, periodic tracking of annual requirements and benefit administration. The HR Generalist will drive the initiative to function in a paperless environment and work with the HR Team to streamline reporting and auditing functions. Excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who would like to learn various aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to: new hire paperwork, documentation requirements, worker's compensation, benefits, unemployment, etc.

Responsibilities:

Scan and upload new hire paperwork. Check for scanning integrity. Upload incoming documents to associate files. Audit incoming new hire packet for complete documentation Answer incoming calls and problem solve for first caller resolution when possible Assist with internal and external audits as needed Assist with Corporate benefit administration Operate in a team environment to solve issues, ask questions and be a knowledge source Rotate job tasks on a periodic basis to increase team knowledge of all working aspects of HR Other HR projects on an as needed basis.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to prioritize daily tasks and handle multiple responsibilities Sense of urgency and adaptability to changing priorities Goal-oriented with a positive, upbeat attitude Demonstrated record of goal achievement and responsibility Strong computer skills Enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
