Job Description

Our client in Latrobe, PA is looking for an HR Generalist to provide hands-on support to a busy HR team during a temporary leave of absence. This contract opportunity offers the chance to step into a visible role supporting employee relations, HR administration, and day-to-day operations at a growing manufacturing organization.

Full-time, On-siteDuration:

Up to 6 months (Contract), possibility for extension or conversion

Pay Rate:

$32-$37/hour

Hours:

Full-time hours with a flexible schedule, generally between 8:00 AM and 4:30

Responsibilities:

Support HR management and operations with day-to-day employee relations mattersMaintain and organize employee training records and related documentationPartner with managers and supervisors to address employee questions and HR concernsAssist with HR programs, policies, and employee communicationsSupport onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR administrationCollaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth department operations during a leave of absenceProvide hands-on support across a variety of HR functions as business needs arise
