Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join an organization in Media, Pennsylvania. This onsite contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting employees across the full HR lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to benefits administration and employee relations. The role works closely with leadership and internal teams to help maintain compliant, efficient, and people-focused HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day human resources activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and HR administration.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts by posting openings, reviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the selection process.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for staff questions related to coverage, eligibility, and enrollment.
- Lead and support open enrollment activities, including communication, documentation, and follow-up with employees and vendors.
- Address employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and alignment to company policy and employment guidelines.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS data within Paylocity and ensure documentation is current and organized.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other HR-related materials using Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems.
- Partner with management to support HR initiatives, workplace policies, and employee engagement efforts.
