  • plays an essential role in supporting the stability, integrity, and continuous improvement of Penske's Oracle HCM platform.
The Analyst will work as part of a collaborative HCM Workforce Administration Team, focusing on the foundational configurations and associate data that power the entire HCM ecosystem. Work will include autonomous research, partnering with HR and other key stakeholders to gather system requirements, system configuration, and the development and execution of test scripts
  • Additional activities include monitoring and maintaining HR data integrity through auditing, mass updates, reporting and end user support. HR System analysts have regular interactions with HR, Learning & Development, Staffing, Compensation, IT, and others across Penskeanizations as we expand Oracle HCM capabilities

This role requires being onsite 4 days a week at our Corporate Headquarters located in Reading, PA. Major Responsibilities Gather functional requirements and user stories. Perform setup and configuration of Core HR modules in Oracle HCM with an emphasis on customer support and data integrity Create, review, and execute test scripts to verify systems are functioning as expected following upgrades, patches, and bug fixes; analyze oues and assess against expected system behavior Create audits and reports. Provide second-level customer support, including troubleshooting and end user training Manage service request cases and system incidents. Identify and correct errors in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate. Provide HR project support. Document current state and identify areas of improvement. Other projects as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required. With Bachelor's a minimum of 2 years of experience in a role supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution. Experience with
HRIS/HCM
systems preferred. A solid understanding of business systems of record and their data structures required. Intermediate level of experience editing of report queries and SaaS configurations. Advanced level of experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point. Must have experience with technical issue resolution process. Experience with System Configuration. Must be able to multi-task & have strong attention to detail. Advanced problem-solving skills. Must be customer service focused. Strong verbal & writtenmunication skills required. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required scle, work at the specific location required,plete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment,cation, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
