- Additional activities include monitoring and maintaining HR data integrity through auditing, mass updates, reporting and end user support. HR System analysts have regular interactions with HR, Learning & Development, Staffing, Compensation, IT, and others across Penskeanizations as we expand Oracle HCM capabilities
