153-Human Resource Development Position Summary Villanova University invites applications for adjunct teaching positions in the Graduate Programs for Human Resource Development in their online and on-campus evening program. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and a detailed course list is available at http://www.villanova.edu/artsci/hrd. The applicant must be committed to excellence in human resource development education and hold at a minimum a master's degree in human resources or related field. Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. Duties and Responsibilities Teaching courses for the Graduate Programs in Human Resource Development fully online and/or on campus. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. The applicant must be committed to excellence in Human Resource Development. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (Masters, JD, PhD, EdD) and previous teaching experience.
