Job Description
As an HR Generalist Manager at Aramark, you will lead HR operations for our Human Resources & Talent Management team, supporting managers and frontline employees. You'll oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. Partner with leaders to drive engagement, develop talent, and support organizational change. You will champion Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, inclusivity, safety, and ethical conduct while implementing HR best practices that enhance employee experience and help deliver exceptional service to our clients and communities. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day HR operations for assigned client groups Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Support performance management and talent development initiatives Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions Partner with leaders to drive engagement and retention strategies Oversee benefits, leaves, and HR documentation accuracy Support change management and organizational initiatives Promote Aramark's culture of service, safety, inclusivity, and ethics Required Skills Employee relations Recruiting and talent acquisition Onboarding and orientation Performance management HR policy development HRIS administration Benefits and leave administration Data analysis and HR reporting Conflict resolution Knowledge of employment law
