Job Description
Are you considering a career within human resources? Are you looking for an opportunity to obtain real world HR experience? If so, UPMC might be the perfect way to spend your Summer of 2027! We're excited to begin the recruitment process for our Human Resources Summer Associate Internship! This is a 10-week, paid internship. During your internship, you'll have the opportunity to learn about employee relations, HR operations, and talent acquisition. You'll receive mentorship, enhance your skills with hands-on real-world experience, and most importantly, work on HR projects that make an impact on patient care while gaining knowledge on how we provide Life Changing Medicine. Oh, and you'll have a little bit of fun too! This position is primarily located at UPMC Williamsport. + Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, is preferred
+ Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
+ Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated leadership ability through their studies, employment, or extracurricular activities
+ Availability to participate in the Summer Associates Program full-time from June to August 2027 for approximately 10 weeks with minimal absence Required Documents to Upload at
