In this role, you will:
Meet with clients to build and maintain long-term partnershipsProspect, develop, and grow new and existing accountsIdentify hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutionsLead and collaborate with recruiting teams to fill open requisitionsSource, screen, and place qualified candidatesDrive revenue growth through relationship building and executionKey Skills & Strengths for
Motivated, ambitious, and relationship-drivenComfortable in both sales and recruiting conversationsOrganized and able to manage competing prioritiesEnergized by targets, growth, and performance metricsReady to contribute, learn, and build a long-term careerThe role is hybrid (2-3 days in-office) with training available in El Segundo and Cerritos offices.
