Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to understand people-related business problems and gather relevant people data to analyze. Utilize data science methodologies and HR industry knowledge to interpret or predict outcomes related to hiring, employee lifecycle activities, engagement and learning, compensation, and benefits. Create and share AI solutions to further advance the people analytics function at onsemi. Translate data and insights into meaningful visualizations and stories, presenting complex data in a compelling manner to drive strategy, action, and decision-making at executive levels, within HR, and with people managers. Partner in reconciling ambiguous data. Identify and recommend benchmarks for key performance metrics. Conduct Ad-hoc reporting and thorough research for best practices and identify trends and patterns. Support projects and any other related duties as required or assigned. Communicate with cross-functional partners and internal teams to deliver solutions in a timely fashion. Manage stakeholder expectations, manage escalations, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Build dashboards and provide recommendations for data analytics to drive people forecasts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related field.
