Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Employee Recognition Program
- Retention, Workforce Planning and miscellaneous operational HR needs
- Assist with Performance Management, Career Development initiatives and Employee Engagement programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, safety requirements and HR procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- BA•Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance support and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and basic federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred
Compensation:
$35-37.50/hr while contracting (W-2 by Willmott & Associates, Inc.) $70-75k if/when converted to direct hire
