Yes Position Overview The CWO Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the contingent workforce management process for assigned customers. This role uses an e-procurement/VMS tool and works closely with hiring managers, approved vendors, and the internal program support team to ensure smooth operations and high service levels. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Essential Functions Serve as the first point of contact for team escalations Act as the primary contact for customer and internal team questions and issues Serve as a liaison between the customer, program team, and other stakeholders Monitor and manage operational activities, including: Onboarding and offboarding contractors (background checks, drug screens, renewals, site-specific requirements, badges) Ensuring consistent and accurate use of VMS and billing systems Timely completion of documentation and administrative tasks Confirming assignment logistics (start/end dates, location, pay rates, hours, etc.) Interact daily with hiring managers and suppliers to resolve program-related issues Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and suppliers through consistent follow-up and communication Contribute as a collaborative team member to ensure high-quality service delivery Identify service delivery issues and provide timely, effective solutions Does This Sound Like You?

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Experience:
