    Job Summary Job Summary Reporting to the Development and Alumni Relations Recruitment Manager, the Development Recruitment Coordinator provides analytical and administrative support, and applies professional human resources concepts, policies, and procedures to provide recruitment support services, systems administration, data analysis, and project support for the Development and Alumni Relations (DEVAR) Recruitment and Talent Management team.

The position completes substantive assignments and projects of moderate scope and complexity and exercises judgment within established guidelines and practices. The Development Recruitment Coordinator supports full-cycle recruitment activities for DEVAR positions, including job postings, applicant review and screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and recruitment-related consultation with supervisors and managers. The Development Recruitment Coordinator maintains recruitment data, systems, dashboards, and related technology-enabled processes. In collaboration with Recruitment and HR leadership, the position develops and maintains tools and workflows, analyzes recruitment data, and supports process-improvement projects that strengthen reporting, operational efficiency, and recruitment decision-making The position works independently on assigned responsibilities while collaborating closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, campus partners, and other stakeholders in a large, matrixed organization. This position requires excellent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, and works collaboratively and collegially as part of a large, matrix organization.

Experience providing professional administrative and/or analytical support in human resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, or a related environment.

Experience with complicated calendaring and coordinating multiple schedules across an organization.

Project management and organizational skills to plan and execute multiple assignments and projects of moderate scope and complexity, establish priorities and timelines, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer services skills to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with candidates and individuals at varying levels of the organization; effectively convey and explain complex HR and Recruitment information; and gather, validate, maintain, interpret, and analyze information from multiple sources.

Attention to detail and data management skills to maintain accurate and consistent records, identify data quality issues, reconcile information from multiple sources, and appropriately handle sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment activities, including applicant review, candidate sourcing, interview processes, recruitment coordination, and/or pre-employment activities. LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus.

Experience maintaining databases, tracking systems, dashboards, reporting tools, or other business process systems, including responsibility for data accuracy and ongoing system or tool maintenance. Experience with applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, customer relationship management systems, or similar enterprise/business applications is a plus.

Knowledge of Higher Education Development, or philanthropy programs in general; and/or experience in human resources or related role in an academic or healthcare environment.
