Job Description
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a closely related field. Master's degree in similar fields preferred.Experience:
5+ years of progressive experience in talent development, leadership development, HR, or a related field, with at least 2 years focused on executive-level populations. Experience with psychometric and leadership assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, EQ-i 2.0, DiSC, CliftonStrengths) preferred. License/Certifications (if applicable): Preferred - Certification in executive or professional coaching (ICF-ACC or higher, CCL, or equivalent).Additional Skills:
Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating executive onboarding or leadership development programs. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage credibly and confidently with senior executives. Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives under tight timelines. High degree of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professional judgment. Proficiency with HRIS platforms, LMS systems, and collaboration tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Learning, Microsoft 365).Qualifications:
