Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift with a start time between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM. 4 days in office, 1 day remote.

About The Company:

Our client is a well-established organization within the security and investigations industry with a growing nationwide workforce. They are seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team and provide support across onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The HR Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team while serving as a resource for employees throughout the organization. This role will be involved in onboarding, maintaining employee records, responding to HR-related questions, supporting compliance initiatives, and assisting with various HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Assist with background checks, pre-employment requirements, and follow-up on outstanding documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and update personnel information in ADP Workforce Now. Support employee changes, documentation, and other routine HR transactions. Respond to employee questions and help address general HR-related issues. Monitor HR inbox requests and ensure questions are routed or resolved promptly. Assist with employee badge coordination and distribution. Prepare employment verification letters and other standard HR documentation. Assist with HR calendars, meetings, scheduling, and department activities. Prepare and maintain routine HR reports using ADP Workforce Now. Help track employee licensing, training, and other compliance requirements. Support audit preparation and ensure HR files are complete and organized. Assist with benefits-related communications and enrollment activities. Provide support to Payroll by maintaining accurate employee information. Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and other department initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, or similar HR support position. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred. Previous experience within the security or investigations industry is not required.
