Job Description

HR Coordinator

Maryville, TN Description RemX is seeking a HR Coordinator to support a corporate Human Resources team during a medical leave. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 2-5 years of experience who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep HR operations organized and running smoothly. The position will focus on HR coordination, reporting, presentation development, documentation, employee lifecycle administration, and project support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential information in a fast-paced corporate environment

Hours:

8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday Hybrid work schedule- 4 days in office, 1 from home

Pay:

28-34/hr based on experience Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding requests.

Attend meetings and document key discussion points, decisions, and next steps.

Create professional PowerPoint presentations and other materials for leadership meetings and HR initiatives.

Compile, maintain, and analyze HR reports and workforce data using Excel and HRIS systems.

Process employee status changes, terminations, and related documentation accurately and timely.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR files and documentation remain organized and compliant.

Assist with audits, reporting requests, compliance activities, and special projects.

Support process improvement initiatives and help streamline administrative HR functions.

Partner with HR leadership and internal departments to ensure effective communication and execution of HR-related activities.

2-5 years of Human Resources experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Experience creating reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.

Familiarity with HRIS systems (WorkDay) and employee record management.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
