Job Description

Based in the Human Resources (HR) Department in the West Trenton office, the HR Data Integrity Analyst ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of human resources data across the employee lifecycle by performing data entry, validation, and auditing activities within Workday. This role serves as a key point of analysis and resolution for complex data and process issues, supporting effective HR, payroll, and related business processes. The position provides structured support through established employee service channels and partners closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders. Key areas of focus include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, data correction, and continuous process improvement to support compliance, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, day shift This is a hybrid full-time position, but will be based 100% in the office until trained
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for HR data integrity and business process support within Workday, ensuring employee data accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday data and process issues, including discrepancies related to job data, time tracking, paid time off (PTO), and payroll impacting fields
  • Provide structured Workday support through designated employee support channels, including: o Monitoring and responding to inquiries submitted through a pooled Workday Support Inbox o Managing calls received via the Workday Support phone extension, ensuring effective issue triage, resolution, and documentation
  • Analyze reported issues to identify root causes, systemic gaps, and recurring trends, and partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement corrective and preventive solutions
  • Support HR business process configuration, testing, and optimization, ensuring updates align with organizational requirements, compliance standards, and downstream system impacts
  • Assist with compliance related activities by maintaining accurate HR data to support audits, regulatory reporting, and internal controls; participate in remediation efforts when needed.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to investigate and correct data related to hours worked and paid time off, including: o Researching discrepancies and variances o Coordinating retroactive data corrections o Ensuring changes are accurately reflected in subsequent payroll cycles. This role does not perform payroll processing or payroll execution.
  • Utilize Workday reporting and data analysis to proactively identify data risks, anomalies, or inconsistencies and recommend process or control improvements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, and reference materials to support consistent data practices and issue resolution
  • Support ongoing data governance initiatives, reinforcing data standards, documentation, and accountability across HR processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Demonstrated experience supporting HR systems (preferably Workday) with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, business process analysis, and issue resolution
  • Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex HR and payroll impacting data issues, including time tracking and paid time off corrections, with attention to downstream effects
  • Experience working with structured support models (e.g., shared inboxes, escalation paths, tiered issue resolution), focusing on analysis and resolution rather than transactional HR inquiries
  • Strong understanding of HR data flows, employee lifecycle processes, and the interdependencies between HR, Payroll, and compliance functions
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis, identify trends in reported issues, and recommend sustainable system or process improvements
  • Experience supporting audit readiness or compliance related data reviews is preferred
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis within HR systems to validate accuracy and identify exceptions
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate processes, controls, and resolution approaches
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across HR, Payroll, and technical teams.

Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
Pay Range:
$73,427-$92,670 Eligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave. Employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
