00 per hour Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a professional association is seeking a HR Generalist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

• Serve as a trusted HR partner, supporting employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance, and HR operations
• Advise managers and employees on workplace issues, policies, and performance-related matters
• Manage benefits administration, leave programs, onboarding/offboarding, and recruiting support
• Maintain HR records in ADP Workforce Now and assist with HR projects, audits, and process improvements

About You:

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong background in employee relations, benefits, compliance, leave administration, and HR operations
• ADP Workforce Now experience required
• Experience supporting managers and handling sensitive employee matters
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Hybrid schedule: Remote Monday & Friday | Onsite Tuesday-Thursday
