Added - September-22-2026 Contract/Temp Our client, an international manufacturing company, seeks an HR Generalist with Workday HRIS experience on a long term temp/contract basis (with an eventual temp-to-hire option). This is a full-time Hybrid/Remote or full time remote role. Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees
Utilize Workday HRIS to onboard employees, handle employee relations issues, and case management
Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR operations
Assist with onboarding, transfers, promotions, and HR case management
Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and transformation initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of Workday HRIS systems experience
Minimum 3 years of HR experience Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
