Job Description

HR Leave Coordinator Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate HR Leave Coordinator to support employees and leaders in navigating leave, disability, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and skilled at balancing regulatory requirements with exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally, and a commitment to accuracy in fast-paced environments. This role is a hybrid model. Candidates must reside in the Portland Oregon Metro area and be able to travel occasionally around Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. HR Leave Coordinator Responsibilities Support employees with leave of absence requests, documentation, and notifications. Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company leave regulations. Manage return-to-work processes, including restrictions, accommodations, and ADA coordination. Maintain accurate data entry and reporting in HRIS and leave tracking systems. Communicate with leadership, employees, and HR support teams to ensure consistent processes. HR Leave Coordinator Qualifications 3+ years of experience in leave administration, HR compliance, or benefits coordination. Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and related compliance requirements. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office. Excellent organizational, written communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Salary:
$55K-$62K/year.
