  • Tuition reimbursement Summary The P&C Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the People & Culture organization across North America. This position supports pre-employment, onboarding, compliance, records management, P&C systems administration, and provides backup support to the HRIS team. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for P&C inquiries and manage shared service inboxes and requests.
  • Process and manage pre-employment documentation, screenings, and employment verifications.
  • Administer I-9 and E-Verify processes.
  • Maintain employee records and document archives.
  • Own the casual labor process from pre-employment through onboarding and termination of employment.
  • Generate P&C reports and support compliance audits.
  • Process employment documentation across the employee lifecycle, including unemployment, garnishment, and tuition reimbursement documentation.
  • Execute and validate employee lifecycle transactions in HCM for U.S. and Canada employees.
  • Provide backup support for HRIS employee lifecycle transactions.
  • Support data audits, reporting, workflow management, and HRIS projects.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, IT, and HRIS teams. Required Skills/Abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems. Education and Experience
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years HR, shared services, or HRIS support experience.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, UKG, SAP OM, Dayforce, or similar systems preferred. Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
