4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Assignment Length:
12-month contract
Shift Information:
Standard business hours; hybrid schedule (in-office training for 2-3 months, then 4 days onsite / 1 day remote; remote day is flexible)
Work Environment:
Office setting, Human Resources Operations Center; business casual dress code Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the future, for this position. Cross border work is not permitted for this role.
Position Overview:
As an Employee Experience Representative at Client's Human Resources Operations Center (Ask HR), you will provide high-quality, comprehensive support to employees and Unit HR teams. You'll serve as a key contact for HR process administration, employee inquiries, and ongoing service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to HR-related inquiries in a professional, customer-focused manner Administer HR processes, including tactical support for talent acquisition, internal transfers, organizational management, employee records, and University class administration Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive information Participate in continuous improvement projects, offering solutions and ideas for process efficiency Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded Collaborate with Employee Experience Specialists for process improvement and escalation resolution
Required Skills & Experience:
Exceptional attention to detail Proven multi-tasking ability, with strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent problem-solving capabilities Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage concurrent tasks and quickly adapt to changing priorities Experience working effectively in a team environment Ability to promote and implement changes to support major processes
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in HR processes or an HR operations role Previous customer service background Experience with Success Factor system modules (Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.) Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
Additional Information:
Training is fully onsite for the first 2-3 months Standard business casual dress code Flexible remote day following completion of training
