Job PurposeThe HRIS Solutions Analyst serves as a system administrator and functional guide for the organization's Learning Management System (Cornerstone). This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of learning technologies to ensure a seamless learner experience, support regulatory and compliance requirements, and enable strategic learning and talent initiatives. The analyst partners closely with Learning & Development, P&C, IT, Compliance, and business customers to deliver scalable solutions, maintain data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across learning processes and technologies.



Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Management System AdministrationServe as an administrator for the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS).Configure and maintain learning content, curricula, certifications, training assignments, learning objects, and user permissions.



Lead system updates, releases, and enhancements, assessing impacts and coordinating testing activities.



Solve system issues and partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical and functional challenges.



Ensure learner, manager, and administrator experiences are optimized through effective system configuration and governance.



Learning Operations & Stakeholder SupportSupport learning programs, compliance training, and talent initiatives.



Provide guidance to learners, managers, and administrators.



Manage assignments, tracking, renewals, and communications.



Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards.



Supervise training completion and compliance.



Support audits and compliance reviews.



System Configuration & Process ImprovementCapture requirements and implement scalable LMS solutions.



Document processes, workflows and governance.



Support testing and deployment activities.



QualificationsEducationPreferred - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Learning Technologies, or related field preferred.



Experience1-3 years of experience supporting HRIS, LMS, or enterprise applications. Experience administering Cornerstone ideal.



Experience supporting enterprise learning programs favorable.



Knowledge & Skillsknowledge of Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone.



Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.



Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills.



Strong organizational and project coordination skills.



Excellent verbal and written communication.



Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.



Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.



Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.



Customer-service mindset with strong stakeholder leadership skills.



Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
