Job Description

Fetch Staffing Solutions is filling an HRIS Technology Administrator position for a large nonprofit based in Midtown Atlanta on a 6 month contract to hire assignment. This is a hybrid position requiring 3-5 days week in our client's midtown office. Pay rate is $30-$45/hr. Apply today for immediate consideration. The HRIS Technology Administrator will report under the Internal Operations IT team and the Senior Director of Enterprise Technology. You will provide the long and short-term strategic technical direction, system design, maintenance, reporting, analytics and project management for the ADP system. This role manages the entire suite of modules and will be responsible for integration and requirements to maximize value to the Foundation. The HRIS Administrator will work closely with Leadership and Stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, requirements, gaps, and bottlenecks translating those into technical solutions. This role acts as the technical bridge between HR, payroll, and
IT. CORE RESPONSIBILITES
System Design and Consultation:
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of future HRIS modules to meet the requirements of the business. Provide technical consultation, expertise and oversight for the existing HR and payroll system and recommend and assist in implementing enhancements and procedures
System Maintenance:
Oversee daily HRIS operations, including system configurations, upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance. Follow change management best practices when implementing any system changes.
Data Integrity and Compliance:
Manage system permissions, ensure employee and company data is secure. Ensure compliance with all payroll processing requirements which include North America, and US territories. Own the integrity of all HR and payroll systems and critical interfaces in and out of the database including but not limited to timekeeping, finance, accounting, and payroll
Support and Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve HRIS process flows, serving as the primary point of contact for employee, HR, Finance. Also is the point of contact for working with ADP directly on system issues and support escalations. Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate vendor(s) and or IT and drive to resolution
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate reports for various levels within the organization for different business purposes.
Project Management:
Drive system changes and requirements, develop project schedules and tracking milestones for large scale initiatives. Lead systems implementation of various technological advancements in the HR Systems area as needed.
Vendor Management:
Help facilitate discussion, translate business and/or technical requirements with our partners at ADP, Lever, and other systems in this space.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resource Information Systems, Deep understanding of and experience with ADP Workforce Now administration, database management, or relevant technical HR roles Demonstrated strong project management and facilitation skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills High level communication and organization skills are a must Indepth business acumen and decisionmaking skills Strong organization and planning skills Strong relationship management and influencing skills Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills Indepth problemsolving skills, diagnosis & analytical skills Results oriented, innovative, creative and a proactive selfstarter Indepth facilitation and presentation skills Strong data analytics skills. Any knowledge or experience with writing or running SQL queries a plus. Proven track record with setting strategy, developing business cases and system integration and implementation.
