Mid-to-Late September 2026 We're looking for a
UKG HRIS
Analyst to jump in and help support a busy HRIS team that is balancing an acquisition, year-end priorities, and ongoing HR systems work. This role is less about general HRIS administration and more about being a strong UKG resource who can contribute right away. The team is specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in UKG Pro People Analytics , reporting, and web imports. The goal is to take work off a senior analyst's plate and provide additional bandwidth through the end of the year. If you've spent time building reports, working through data requests, managing imports, and troubleshooting issues in UKG Pro, you'll likely be a strong fit. What You'll Be Doing Build, modify, and maintain reports within UKG Pro People Analytics Support ad hoc reporting requests from HR and business stakeholders Manage and troubleshoot UKG web imports Analyze HR data and help ensure reporting accuracy Work closely with HRIS team members to support ongoing projects and operational needs Assist with data validation, auditing, and issue resolution Provide support during year-end processing activities Help document processes and reporting procedures when needed What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with UKG Pro People Analytics Strong reporting and analytics experience within UKG Experience creating and supporting web imports Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Comfortable asking questions and collaborating with teammates Previous HRIS or HR technology experience Nice to Have UKG Workforce Management (WFM) experience HRIS implementation or acquisition integration experience Experience supporting HR operations in large organizations Data validation and audit experience By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
