$25.00-$30.00 per hour

Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts About the Role We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support our HR team. In this role, you will be exposed to several core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, engagement, training, benefits administration, and record management. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in human resources and would like to gain hands-on experience in a professional, collaborative environment. What You'll Do Provide support throughout the hiring process, from publishing job openings and reviewing applications to coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Help welcome new team members by preparing employment documents, coordinating onboarding activities, and assisting with employee orientation. Contribute to employee engagement efforts, including internal events, recognition activities, and employee feedback programs. Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel files and HR records across both electronic and physical systems. Assist with the administration of HR policies and programs related to employee benefits, performance reviews, attendance, and leave requests. Coordinate learning and development activities by scheduling training sessions, monitoring participation, and keeping training resources current. Handle general HR administrative duties, such as calendar coordination, document organization, meeting preparation, and responding to routine employee questions. Research emerging HR practices, workplace trends, and relevant employment regulations to support ongoing improvements within the department. Provide additional support to the HR team as business needs arise. What We're Looking For Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several assignments or deadlines at the same time. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A high level of discretion when working with confidential employee and company information. Careful attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work. Ability to complete assignments independently while also contributing effectively within a team. Sound judgment, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with common HR procedures or employment laws is preferred but not required.
