A Human Resources Generalist provides overall operational support in a human resources department, including supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits and leave management of a company or organization.
$32-$36 Progress Speech and Language is a leading pediatric therapy center in Orange County where providing quality services is our commitment Role Purpose The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resources operation, payroll processing, new employee training, recruitment, employee account creation, equipment assignment, and record maintenance. In addition, support of the Central Reach EMR system and data analysis, as well as be of support to other departments.

Minimum of 2-3 payroll processing experience. Preferred Qualifications Experiences in working in private practice with therapists preferred Strong skill set with desktop/PC/Laptop and HRIS related software, in addition to Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and Central Reach EMR. Ability to communicate in a professional manner; excellent written and oral communication skills with a team player attitude. Familiarity with California and federal employment regulations, including wage and hour compliance and employee leave administration. Demonstrated discretion and good judgment in managing confidential and sensitive information. Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
