Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through HR systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) HCM, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed effectively and integrated smoothly into the organization. Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration tasks to support employee well-being and retention. Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management systems and performance review cycles, to foster continuous development. Support change management initiatives by facilitating organizational design, workforce management, and succession planning projects. Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal compliance standards. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns promptly while maintaining confidentiality. Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like PeopleSoft or Dayforce for data collection, data entry, payroll processing, and Excel data analysis to inform strategic decisions. Assist with HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent while supporting affirmative action planning and diversity initiatives. Coordinate training & development programs aimed at enhancing skills across teams and supporting organizational growth. Skills Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices combined with project management expertise to lead multiple HR initiatives effectively. Strong understanding of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and regulatory requirements impacting the workforce. Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or Dayforce; experience with ATS platforms like Kenexa BrassRing is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering positive employee relations. Skilled in conflict management techniques and fostering a collaborative work environment through effective interpersonal skills. Competence in benefits administration, payroll processing, FMLA administration, and workers' compensation procedures. Ability to analyze data using Excel for insights into workforce trends and performance metrics; experience with HRIS systems enhances this capability.
