We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our team members and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted HR partner, helping drive employee engagement, talent development, onboarding, leadership effectiveness, and organizational success. What You'll Do As a Human Resources Generalist, you will: Partner with leaders to support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding activities. Analyze employee feedback and exit interview trends to identify opportunities for improved retention and engagement. Coach team members on career development, goal setting, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Support leadership development by partnering with new and promoted leaders and helping them navigate company resources, expectations, and best practices. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee engagement, team development, and HR-related matters. Lead and support engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives. Provide guidance to team members and leaders regarding policies, programs, benefits, and employment practices. Assist with the administration and continuous improvement of HR processes and programs. Help foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performing workplace culture. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two or more years of Human Resources experience in a generalist, employee relations, talent development, or HR operations role. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR systems. Why Join Us?
