Overview Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist, where you will play a vital role in shaping and supporting our organizational culture. Duties Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using HR systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture and policies. Administer benefits programs and coordinate benefits administration activities to support employee well-being. Conduct employee evaluations and performance management processes to facilitate ongoing development and recognition. Lead change management initiatives and assist with organization design to support strategic growth and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and HR legal standards across all HR functions. Handle confidential information with integrity while managing personnel administration tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and HRIS data collection. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Demonstrated ability to manage projects related to workforce management, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and benefits administration. Proficiency in HR sourcing tools like ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Kenexa BrassRing, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms. Skilled in Excel data analysis for payroll processing, HR metrics reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills with experience in employee relations, conflict management, and conducting interviews. Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday Dayforce or Oracle HCM for efficient data collection and personnel administration. Knowledge of OSHA standards, Workers' Compensation procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements essential for maintaining a safe and compliant workplace environment.
