In conjunction with the HR Manager, the Generalist will support staff and leadership across 3 campus locations. This position has the potential to be part-time or full-time.
Key responsibilities may include:
Recruitment and onboarding Development/revision of job descriptions, processes, policies, and handbooks Training and development Workplace culture and engagement Employee relations Additional responsibilities to be determined Position requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resource management 5 + years of applicable human resources experience Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workplace A preference will be given to practicing Catholic applicants To apply, please forward a resume and cover letter toWork Location:
