To that end, OCES is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist who is primarily responsible for coordination of the full employment lifecycle. The HR Generalist will track all open positions, assist with interviewing, and coordinate the hiring process with the appropriate individuals, including supervisors and managers. They will also be responsible for other administrative duties related to employee onboarding/ongoing support, new hire orientation, and any HR related tasks as assigned. What you'll do: Process payroll and associated activities alongside the HR Specialist Support the HR Specialist with enrollment into the benefit plans Help to maintain the HRIS/payroll system; develop reports as requested/required Monitor HR Team email daily Be a resource to employees regarding benefits and pay questions Ensure employee files are up to date Other duties as assigned What you'll bring: Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Solid presentation skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software HRIS experience iSolved experience a plus Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field highly preferred 3+yearsofHR/Recruiting experience HR and/or payroll certification preferred What you'll get: Ability to work with an enthusiastic team of like-minded individuals Great work/life balance: 35-hour work week with some flexibility; standard M-F workweek; hybrid work environment with 2 day in office requirement.
