What You'll Do Partner with supervisors and employees on employee relations, performance management, policies, compensation, engagement, and coaching.

Manage leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations, providing guidance while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Coach leaders through employee relations matters and develop proactive strategies around engagement, retention, attendance, and performance.

Lead HR projects and initiatives, including workplace investigations, compensation analysis, job descriptions, training, and employee engagement efforts.

Use HR data, metrics, and technology to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

Requirements What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience. 3-5 years of experience with employee relations, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, workers' compensation, performance management, policy interpretation, and supervisor coaching. At least 3 years of HRIS experience with applied knowledge of system functionality. Working knowledge of California and federal wage-and-hour and employment laws. Strong judgment, critical thinking, communication, confidentiality, and time-management skills.
