What You'll Be Doing Champion our recruiting efforts by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. Be a trusted go-to for employee relations—helping solve challenges, coaching managers, and supporting employees with fairness and care. Keep our benefits programs running smoothly and make sure our people know how to get the most from them. Partner with leaders on performance management—from goal-setting to growth plans. Drive culture and engagement initiatives that make work feel more than just a job. Keep everything organized, accurate, and compliant (because the details matter!).

Requirements:

5+ years of HR experience with hands-on work in recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and performance management. An outgoing, approachable personality—you're someone people naturally want to talk to. Detail-oriented with great follow-through—you catch what others might miss. A problem-solver who balances empathy with practicality. A natural culture builder who believes HR should make work better (and more fun!).
