Job Description
The person in this role is responsible for coordinating laptop donations and serving as the primary point of contact for individuals, businesses, and organizations interested in donating laptops. This role will work closely with laptop donation partners to coordinate donations and connect donors with the appropriate partner. The Laptop Donation Specialist will also assist with outreach and communications to increase awareness of the need for donated laptops. This position reports to the Director of Technology Operations and serves as a central point of contact for laptop donation inquiries. The Specialist will communicate with potential donors, coordinate with donation partners, track donation opportunities, and help ensure that donors have a simple and consistent experience throughout the donation process. Working closely with BYU-Pathway Worldwide and laptop donation partners, the goal of this position is to make the laptop donation process simple, organized, and accessible while helping increase the number of laptops available to support students. This part-time position typically works Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. This position is a hybrid position.
