In this role, you'll partner with a leading client to deploy innovative, off-the-shelf learning programs that empower employees and drive business success.

Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table. What You'll Do Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and align them with effective learning solutions. Provide consultative advice on learning interventions, methodologies, and procurement strategies. Manage end-to-end deployment of learning programs from budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and quality assurance. Build trusted relationships across the organization to ensure learning supports company culture and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional learning experiences. Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions. Stay current on learning trends and apply best practices to drive innovation. What You Bring 3+ years of experience applying learning principles and conducting needs analysis. Strong knowledge of learning interventions and adult learning methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and precision. Business and financial acumen to manage budgets and contracts.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with organizational development and blended learning design (e-learning, VILT, ILT). Project management skills and global team experience. #LI-LJ1 #LI-Remote
