Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team supporting employee relations and employment matters. Our team handles a variety of legal and compliance functions, ensuring company processes and practices align with all relevant guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Support the administration of I-9 forms, E-Verify, and immigration-related issues. Direct subpoenas and external requests for information to the appropriate departments. Facilitate communications with state labor agencies. Conduct research on employment-related topics and communicate findings appropriately.

Required:

Licensed attorney with active status in any state within the United States. 3-8 years of legal experience. Demonstrated motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, including redlining, formatting, editing, sorting, and basic formulas.
