Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Manufacturing Accounting Process Consultant on behalf of a growing organization in the Western Suburbs of Minneapolis. This strategic consulting engagement will involve assessing current-state accounting processes, identifying gaps and risks, and recommending process, control, and system improvements to support future growth and operational excellence. What you'll do:

• Evaluate current accounting processes and procedures
• Conduct gap analyses and identify areas for improvement
• Recommend process optimization and stronger financial controls
• Assess risks, audit considerations, and compliance frameworks
• Evaluate ERP effectiveness and recommend system enhancements
• Partner with finance leadership to drive operational improvements
• Provide strategic recommendations that support future growth What we're looking for:
• Manager-level (or higher) cost accounting leadership experience
• Standard Cost Accounting SME
• Deep manufacturing accounting expertise
• Strong standard costing knowledge
• Proven process improvement and transformation experience
• Public company accounting background
• Experience working with auditors, controls, and risk management
• Ability to operate independently and influence senior leaders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Oracle or similar large ERP systems

Details:

• Pay rate up to $110/hr. (DOE)
• Hybrid schedule, typically 3 days onsite in the Western Suburbs of MPLS
