Partner Experience Specialist Corporate / Hybrid Full time, Direct | Non-Exempt 1st: 9:00am - 5:00pm

11:00am - 7:00pm Position Overview Our client is a dynamic, independent floorplan company led by trusted industry veterans. The company helps independent dealer partners and team members succeed by creating an exceptional, engaging user experience through transparent communication and simple, innovative solutions. We are seeking a service-focused Partner Experience Specialist to support auction partners, dealer partners, and internal team members. This role coordinates floorplan loans accurately and on time, serves as a key connection point across the partner experience, and helps ensure dealer partners receive responsive, dependable support. The ideal candidate brings a winning attitude, excellent listening and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build trust while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing as a Partner Experience Specialist As a Partner Experience Specialist, you will serve as a go-between for dealer partners, auction partners, and internal teams. You will process communications and floorplan loan requests, calculate amounts due, resolve questions, and apply established policies and procedures to deliver a consistent partner experience. You will also use experience and lessons learned to improve work methods related to floorplan advances and the overall partner journey. Duties of the Partner Experience Specialist Include- Receive and process inbound communications from dealers, including email, phone, and text, in a timely manner.
- Receive, validate, and process floorplan loan requests in accordance with policies, procedures, and advance guidelines.
- Accurately calculate amounts due across a variety of floorplan situations.
- Maintain a steady workflow and complete additional assignments during available time, as needed.
- Develop a thorough understanding of policies, processes, and procedures related to assigned areas and consistently follow established requirements.
- Apply experience and lessons learned to create or improve work methods related to floorplan advances and the overall partner experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to multitask, work efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to earn trust and build relationships over the phone while communicating effectively with a wide range of individuals, both verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to ask probing questions and understand the needs of auction and dealer partners.
- Professional maturity and discretion when handling sensitive information and situations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to compose professional, clear, and error-free email and text messages.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and, at times, stressful environment. Preferred Attributes
- One or more years of related experience in the floorplan, automobile, or auction industry, or experience with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
- Bilingual communication skills; bilingual team members may be asked to speak with customers by phone.
- A proactive, partner-first mindset and a willingness to improve processes based on experience and feedback. Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- At times, exposure to outside environmental conditions while performing job duties.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the role consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other applicable federal, state, and local standards.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per weekBenefits:
