accommodations, personal leaves, and other leave programs. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws. Assist with unemployment claims, workers' compensation, employment verifications, and audits. Help maintain HR systems and employee data in Paylocity. Make Things Better Manage the myHR inbox and provide timely support. Partner on People Operations projects and continuous process improvements. Support recruiting and onboarding during periods of high hiring. Coordinate training logistics and employee communications. You're Probably a Great Fit If You... What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of Human Resources experience. Experience with employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and HR compliance. Working knowledge of employment laws including FMLA and ADA. Experience supporting managers in a multi-location environment is a plus. HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred). Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
