As we expand our per diem network, we are building a reliable funding ecosystem that helps ensure clinicians are paid on time—even when facilities operate on Net-30 or similar payment terms. We are seeking a Private Equity / Payroll Funding Specialist who can help connect Handglove with qualified funding partners, expand our existing investor which are RDON, DON, Administrator and Billing manager interested in financing eligible staffing receivables. This is a hybrid role combining fundraising, Payroll funding, invoice factoring, investor relations, billing, and accounts-receivable management.
What You'll Do Source Payroll Funding:
Identify, payroll funders, private investors, and other qualified capital partners for staffing receivables.Manage Funding Relationships :
Serve as a key contact between Handglove, funding partners, and facility billing departments.Coordinate Invoice Funding :
Help manage the process from approved timesheets and invoicing through funding, facility payment, and reconciliation.Facility Liaison:
Communicate with RDONs, DONs, HR, payroll, AP, billing teams, and administrators to resolve payment or documentation issues.Investor Relations :
Build strong relationships with existing and prospective funding partners and provide appropriate updates on funding opportunities and performance.Evaluate Opportunities :
Assist in evaluating invoice receivables, facility payment history, funding requirements, risk, and potential returns.Prepare Funding Materials:
Develop investment summaries, funding proposals, financial presentations, and pitch decks for potential funding partners.Revenue Recovery :
Identify delayed invoices, billing discrepancies, and opportunities to improve collections and cash flow.Client Reviews:
Conduct periodic account and funding-status meetings with facilities and internal leadership.Strategic Projects:
Support additional SNF, assisted-living, healthcare staffing, and workforce-finance initiatives as Handglove grows. What We're Looking For A self-starter comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment. Experience or strong knowledge of invoice factoring, payroll funding, accounts receivable financing, or same-day staffing funding. Healthcare staffing background, HR billing, or Invoice funding experience strongly preferred. Comfortable communicating with RDONs, DONs, Administrators, HR, AP, billing, payroll, and finance teams. Ability to build relationships with investors, Private lenders, and other funding partners. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. A strong work ethic and willingness to source, diligence, negotiate, execute, and manage funding relationships from beginning to end. Unwavering commitment to protecting relationships with both our facilities and funding partners. Additional Role Expectations Travel to facility, investor, or cooperate locations may occasionally be required based on business needs. The position may require increased availability during payroll deadlines, funding cycles, facility payment periods, or other peak business periods. The Mission Facilities shouldn't have to wait for staff work —and Staff shouldn't have to wait for facilities to pay after work. Your role is to help build the financial bridge between the shift worked today and the facility payment received tomorrow.Pay:
