Job Summary Client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Operations Specialist to support its Global Recruiting Enablement team. This role will serve as the operational backbone of recruiting enablement programs, ensuring onboarding, learning content, reporting, communications, and training initiatives run smoothly across a global recruiting organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Learning & Content Operations Support migration of learning content into Salesforce Trailhead. Audit, update, archive, and maintain recruiting enablement content. Ensure learning materials remain accurate and aligned with system and process changes. Recruiting Onboarding Operations Own end-to-end onboarding operations for recruiting new hires. Coordinate learning assignments, onboarding communications, welcome sessions, and onboarding resources. Reporting Track and report learning metrics including attendance, registration, engagement, and completion rates. Maintain reporting dashboards and metrics presentations. Project Coordination Manage enablement requests and project tracking. Coordinate cross-functional activities with recruiting teams and stakeholders. Required Skills 2+ years of experience in Learning Operations / Recruiting Operations / Enablement Coordination / HR Programs Administration / Training Operations. Experience supporting Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Enablement teams. Knowledge of Workday, Good Time, Hacker Rank, TRM, or similar platforms.
