Job Summary:

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to guide employees and managers through critical HR matters, providing essential support during significant organizational changes, leaves, and accommodation requests. You will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring clarity, care, and confidence for employees while collaborating with various teams to resolve complex HR cases and enhance scalable support delivery. The focus is on maintaining high-quality casework and contributing to the continuous improvement of employee support experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on sensitive employee relations issues including organizational changes and leave policies. Triage and resolve complex HR inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Manage employee cases utilizing case management systems and identify trends. Collaborate with internal HR teams and external vendors to address employee needs. Drive process improvements to enhance scalable and high-quality HR support.

Must-Have Skills:

Expertise in managing complex HR cases, including organizational changes, leave, and accommodations. Strong problem-solving skills with a compassionate yet firm approach. Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and meet service level agreements. Experience in human resources, particularly with specialized knowledge in organizational changes, leave of absence programs, and interactive accommodation processes, is essential.
