Supplier Onboarding Specialist Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting a healthcare organization in finding a talented Supplier Onboarding Specialist to join their team. ASAP About the Role In this role, you'll help ensure suppliers are properly onboarded and that all required information and documentation is accurate and complete. You'll work with suppliers and internal teams, research information when needed, and help move outstanding items through to completion. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, solving problems, and following up to get things done. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate supplier/vendor onboarding activities across multiple U.S. legal entities. Complete and manage supplier credit applications and related documentation. Gather, research, and validate medical license and DEA license information. Create and maintain supplier records and supplier items within Workday or another ERP system. Help navigate different onboarding requirements across multiple entities. Research and identify supplier contacts using invoices, ERP records, phone research, and other available resources. Reach out to suppliers and internal teams to obtain missing information and documentation. Follow up on outstanding items and help drive the onboarding process through completion. Maintain accurate supplier information and documentation. Assist with procurement, accounting, accounts payable, and supplier-to-payment processes as needed. What We're Looking For Previous experience with supplier/vendor onboarding, preferably across multiple legal entities. Experience completing and managing supplier credit applications. Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining supplier records. Understanding of the supplier-to-payment lifecycle and general business processes. Strong research and problem-solving skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and outstanding requests at the same time. Someone who takes ownership and follows through until tasks are completed. Preferred Experience Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred. Workday experience is strongly preferred, especially Workday Procurement. Experience gathering and validating medical licenses and DEA licenses. Background in accounting, accounts payable, procurement, or related business operations. Why This Opportunity?
