Pay Range:
$34/hr - $39/hr
Job Summary:
This role focuses on managing and enhancing internship and early career development programs across the Americas. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of these programs, ensuring excellent participant experiences through effective communication and event coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations for intern and recent graduate programs. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for program participants. Develop and distribute engaging program communications and newsletters. Coordinate logistics for program events and activities. Maintain program documentation and resources.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong organizational and project management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience collaborating across different teams. This role ideally requires experience within human resources, recruiting operations, or university talent programs.
