Beacon Hill is looking for a UKG Analyst to support the ongoing maintenance and administration of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) in a fully remote, 6-month+ contract role. This position is ideal for HRIS professionals with experience supporting UKG environments, managing ServiceNow tickets, and working with HCM and FCM functions. The analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reporting issues, supporting application sustainment activities, assisting with testing and documentation, managing access requests, and helping ensure the stability of UKG integrations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential, while advanced troubleshooting and resolution responsibilities will be handled by senior team members.

Required Skills:

Experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling functionality Understanding of HCM and FCM processes Experience monitoring, identifying, and reporting application issues ServiceNow ticket and incident management experience Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation Familiarity with UKG integrations and application sustainment activities Experience supporting user access requests through SailPoint or similar identity management tools Ability to assist with testing, validation, and change documentation Working knowledge of Advanced Scheduling and Absence Management Familiarity with Hyperfinds, Dataviews, Notifications, Transaction Assistant, and CRT functionality Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
