Job Description
In this role, the Workforce & Portfolio Planning Analyst partners with stakeholders to track IT portfolio investments, maintain budget forecasts, and support workforce planning efforts. Key Responsibilities Support IT annual and quarterly planning activities, including budget development, forecasting, and resource planning. Prepare IT portfolio, financial, and workforce reporting for leadership reviews and governance meetings. Track portfolio financials and monitor budget performance against approved plans. Analyze resource capacity, staffing levels, and workforce demand to identify potential gaps and risks. Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools that provide insights into portfolio health, spending, and resource utilization and escalate issues, risks, or variances as appropriate. Identify opportunities to streamline planning, reporting, and workforce management processes through automation and process improvement. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of two years related work experience. One year of managing a project and one year of Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
