- Facilitate functions within the Workforce Relations workgroup.
- Shepherd and steward GWS resources to further Wycliffe USA's strategic priorities, principles and objectives.
- Actively participate in GWS team engagements to optimize team culture, cohesion, performance and outcomes.
Other Requirements:
Responsible for securing a strong, reliable internet and phone connection when working remotely, based on the approved hybrid schedule. Ability and willingness to alter work schedules in order to work off-hours as needed across time zones. Anticipate customer needs and develop proactive action plans to meet them effectively. Proficient use of Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, and technology to increase productivity and keep technical skills up to date. Education & Experience Associate's degree plus one to three years of work experience in human resources; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Prefer a minimum of one year of HR experience and/orSHRM-CP/PHR
certification required. Nonprofit ministry work or volunteer experience is also beneficial. Familiarity with the Wycliffe/SIL context and ministry service is preferred.Spiritual and Personal Commitments:
