Job Description

Human Resources Specialist Salary:
$80,000-$85,000 + 10%
Bonus Location:
Newport, RI |

Human Resources Specialist Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end, multi-state payroll processing Manage bonuses, commissions, reimbursements, and other payroll activity Support day-to-day HR operations and employee needs Develop employee engagement and manager training programs Identify opportunities to improve HR technology, processes, and workflows Support HR initiatives as the organization continues to grow
Human Resources Specialist Qualifications:
Hands-on payroll experience required HR generalist experience Experience with multi-state payroll Strong knowledge of ADP, Workday, or another major HRIS/payroll platform Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on responsibilities Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing entrepreneurial environment #
